Screens carry a lot of an event identity - sponsor boards, walk-on graphics, presentation slides, running orders, live camera feeds and messaging between segments. MGH Events supplies the screens and runs the content through the event.
That covers LED screen panels and projection setups sized to the venue, fed from a laptop, playback system or live camera source. Content is loaded and cued in advance so it lands with the running order rather than being scrambled together between segments.
Visuals are planned alongside the lighting rather than separately, which matters more than it sounds: a bright wash pointed at a screen will wash the screen out, and a screen bright enough to fight it will flatten the lighting. Running both from one team avoids that problem entirely.
