A wedding asks a room to do two completely different jobs in one evening. During the speeches it needs to be warm, bright enough for photographs and clear enough that everyone hears the best man. Two hours later it needs to be a dance floor. Running both from one rig, with one team, is how that transition happens without a scramble.
MGH Events supplies uplighting to warm the room and pick out its features, dance floor lighting and effects for the evening, a PA that handles speeches intelligibly before it handles a party, and wireless microphones for the speeches themselves.
DJ services run through the same system, with first dances, requests and must-play tracks worked out in advance. Because the lighting and music are run by the same team, the room lifts with the music rather than sitting on one look all night.
